Joanna McCue is a London-born, Manhattan-educated professional chef who has served clients and customers with continued excellence for over 20 years. A 1997 graduate of the International Culinary Center, Joanna has served for 15 years as Executive Chef for two prestigious companies in Westchester, New York. She hails from a family of hotel owners and culinary professionals in Great Britain, which has fostered her love for good food and a genuine desire to excel in the culinary field.
Joanna has spent over two decades refining and perfecting her craft within the restaurant and catering fields, and as a private chef. Joanna has also contributed to the European-based Bauer Media publication Recipes Plus. Her culinary creations have been enjoyed by highly prominent personalities in business, entertainment, professional sports, news media and politics including the 44th President of the United States Barack Obama, as well as House Speakers Paul Ryan and John Boehner.
